Quotes and availability

Submitting the form does not reserve equipment, confirm availability or create a booking. Exact items, services, dates, prices and any VAT treatment are agreed in the quotation and booking arrangements.

Your brief

Provide the date, location, expected numbers, service times and relevant site details. Tell us about dietary requirements, utilities, access restrictions and any changes.

Hire arrangements

Delivery, collection, hire periods, deposits, cancellation arrangements and any care or return requirements are confirmed separately. Ask for clarification before accepting an arrangement.

Equipment suitability

Gas and electrical equipment require a suitable working environment and competent use. Follow supplied instructions and applicable site requirements.
